University of Maryland Graduation Photos

It’s not often that I get to take senior photos for a client and then get asked back to take their graduation photos, but I was so lucky to be invited into CeCe’s life TWICE to take photos of her University of Maryland Graduation photos, too! (Be sure to check out her gorgeous sunflower session in Southern Maryland, too!)
During the spring of her senior year, CeCe took me around University of Maryland’s campus, and we went to all of the places that have been important in her time there as a journalism major. We found pretty florals, and we made sure we had photos with the famous terrapin statue, too!
I’m keeping my fingers crossed that maybe one day I’ll get invited back to do a wedding for CeCe! It’s these relationships with clients and their families that are seriously the best part of being a photographer. I love being there for the most important moments in someone’s life — births, age milestones, graduations, weddings. It is such an honor to tell your story! I feel so lucky these families trust me year after year.
We ended CeCe’s session with some fun champagne spray in the hart of University of Maryland’s campus. I had fun watching her react to the spray! Luckily, she didn’t get any on her dress, so that was good!
To get your spot on my calendar for your photo session, head over to my contact page or email me at teresa@tcjdesign.com. You can find pricing for senior or headshot sessions on this page.
Before you go this post is part of a blog circle, so please check out my friend Ali’s post about Cleveland band photography. In her blog, she shares a session of the band Doc Robinson in a recording studio as well as some fun shots of the band (double exposures, lensbaby, etc). Go check it out!

Thank you so much! Repeat clients are the best!
These are gorgeous! What a perfect location for a graduation session too! Any University of Maryland Graduation student would be lucky to have such beautiful photos!!
Thank you, Ali! It’s such a gorgeous campus. I love seeing the special places. Jim Henson went there, and I’m waiting for someone to want a photo with the Kermit the Frog statue. I did an engagement session there last spring; it was equally as pretty for that!
These photos are so great. I love the variety you captured!
Thank you!!
What a stunning series. The University of Maryland campus is lovely too!
Such an exciting time. Her whole amazing life is in front of her. I did these with my daughter last year and will love them forever. She and her mom with love these forever!
