Historic Londontown Gardens has been a place where I have wanted to do a session for a long time. I went hiking there last summer with my kids, and I fell in love. So I was excited when Kelly booked a session there a few weeks ago!
Moms do not get in the frame enough, so I have been loving that I have had a few Mommy and Me sessions this spring, and this was my first session at Historic Londontown Gardens. It did not disappoint. I had been itching to use this new location, and I was hoping to have someone jump in on my spring sessions there for April! The best part is we had gorgeous magnolia trees and weeping cherry trees and multitudes of other pretty blooming plants and we avoided the craziness and crowds of cherry blossoms!
If you have followed my photography for a while, you know that I love location based sessions that have a variety of looks for my clients, and this one does not disappoint. The kids have a musical nature garden, there are a lot of trails, something is in bloom year round, and they have a dock for water shots! I became a photography member, so this is a location I can use with all of my clients in 2019 and early 2020!
I am offering sessions at Historic Londontown Gardens again on May 4 and at Bayfront Park in Chesapeake Beach on May 19 (before they start charging!).
